IMPORTANT INFO CONCERNING YOUR BOOTH DISPLAY:
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR EACH 8X10 BOOTH: 8’ BACK DRAPE AND 3’ SIDE RAIL, 1-6' COVERED AND SKIRTED TABLE, 2 FOLDING CHAIRS, 1 WASTEBASKET AND 1-7"X36" EXHIBITOR ID (COMPANY NAME ONLY) SIGN.

Please contact the Arvest Convention Center for any utility services. Click this link and choose your event to order any electrical or internet services: Main Street Now Electricity Order CLICK HERE. ELECTRICITY MUST BE ORDERED DIRECTLY THROUGH THE ARVEST CONVENTION CENTER (AND NOT EVENT 1 INC.)
We'll have an Exhibitor Service Desk onsite and operational between 11:00am and 5:00pm on Monday, April 13th to assist you and answer any questions you may have.
IF YOU'LL BE SHIPPING FREIGHT ITEMS TO THE SHOW FOR YOUR DISPLAY, YOU HAVE 2 OPTIONS:
1) Ship them to the advance warehouse (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) at ABF Freight System, 4410 S. Jackson St, Tulsa, OK 74107. They will accept shipments between Monday, March 23rd and Friday, April 3rd at 4:30pm, or
2) You can ship them directly to the Arvest Convention Center (100 Civic Center, Tulsa, OK 74103). They will only accept shipments on Friday, April 10th and Monday, April 13th (9:00am to 4:00pm daily).
