IMPORTANT INFO CONCERNING YOUR BOOTH DISPLAY:
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE INCLUDED WITH EACH 8X10 BOOTH SPACE: 8’ BACK DRAPE AND 3’ SIDE RAIL, 1 6' SKIRTED FOLDING TABLE, 2 FOLDING CHAIRS, 1 WASTEBASKET AND 1-7"X36" EXHIBITOR ID (COMPANY NAME ONLY) SIGN.
Your booth fee does NOT include electrical or wireless internet services. You'll need to pay for those with your booth registration fee.
The conference center floor is fully carpeted, but if you'd like to order any additional rental items (extra folding tables, pub tables, counter high stools, flat screen TV's on trusses, leather furniture, etc.) or arrange items like booth set up/tear down labor or custom flex stand signage, click the ORDER BOOTH ITEMS HERE link below or download the official Vendor Packet for this show by clicking the DOWNLOAD link above.
IF YOU'LL BE SHIPPING FREIGHT ITEMS TO THE SHOW FOR YOUR DISPLAY, YOU HAVE 2 OPTIONS:
1) Ship them to our advance warehouse (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) at ABF Freight System, 4410 S. Jackson St., Tulsa, OK 74107. They will only accept shipments between Monday, May 12th and Friday, May 30th, from 9:30am and 3:30pm (Monday through Friday), or
2) You can ship them directly to the Renaissance Tulsa Hotel & Conference Center (6808 S. 107th E. Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74133). They will only accept shipments on either June 2nd or 3rd (9:00am to 3:00pm only).
Lastly, please note that Event 1 Productions does NOT make outbound shipping arrangements for your freight when the show closes. You'll need to make those arrangements in advance through your preferred carrier. The pickup window is from 4:30pm to 5:30pm on Wednesday, June 4th. Any freight left in the venue after 4:00pm on June 4th will be forced out through a common carrier, shipped back to your office within 10 business days and incur an additional $0.99 per pound material handling fee, so save money and headaches and be sure to make your pickup arrangements early.
