IMPORTANT INFO CONCERNING YOUR BOOTH DISPLAY:

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE INCLUDED WITH EACH 10X10 BOOTH SPACE: 8’ BACK DRAPE AND 3’ SIDE RAIL, 1-6' SKIRTED TABLE, 2-PREMIUM BLACK FOLDING CHAIRS, 1-WASTEBASKET W/LINER, AND 1-7"X36" EXHIBITOR ID (COMPANY NAME ONLY) SIGN.

If you would like to order any additional rental items (carpet & pad, folding tables, pub tables, folding chairs, counter high stools, flat screen TV's on trusses, leather furniture, etc.) or arrange services like booth set up/tear down labor or custom flex stand signage, click the ORDER BOOTH ITEMS HERE link below or download the official Vendor Packet for this show by clicking the DOWNLOAD link above.

Electricity is NOT included in your booth package. If you would like to order electrical service, please complete page 26 in the Vendor Packet (DOWNLOAD link above) and email the completed form to mail@event1inc.net.

WE'LL HAVE AN EXHIBITOR SERVICE DESK ONSITE AND OPERATIONAL BETWEEN 9:00AM AND 2:00PM ON THURSDAY, MAY 28TH TO ASSIST YOU AND ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE.

IF YOU'LL BE SHIPPING FREIGHT ITEMS TO THE SHOW FOR YOUR DISPLAY, YOU HAVE 2 OPTIONS:

1) Ship them to the advance warehouse (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) at ABF Freight System, 4410 S. Jackson Ave, Tulsa, OK 74107. They will only accept shipments between Monday, May 4th and Friday, May 22nd at 4:30pm, or

2) You can ship them directly to the SageNet Center (4145 E. 21st St., Tulsa, OK 74112). They will only accept shipments on Wednesday, May 27th and Thursday, May 28th from 9:00am to 4:30pm only.

Lastly, please note that Event 1 Productions does NOT make outbound shipping arrangements for your freight when the show closes. You'll need to make those arrangements in advance through your preferred carrier. The pickup window is from 8:00am to 12:00pm on Saturday, May 30th.  Any freight left in the venue after 12:00pm on Saturday, May 30th will be forced out through a common carrier, shipped back to your office within 10 business days and incur an additional $0.99 per pound material handling fee (minimum $99.00), so save money and headaches and be sure to make your pickup arrangements early.
